Elegant hotel, excellent breakfast, with very good amenities such as reliable wi-fi and 24-hour reception.

A very nice room in the renovated part with a real bathroom with balcony abd view over the park, 2. floor. Good 30 min of internet are free. Good internal swiming pool and direct access to the Ahrtal Thermen. Very goo breakfast.

If Internet was free for 3 hours per day would be better

This elegant hotel oozes charm and historic luxury, with spacious corridors and a good thermal spring pool. The breakfast is abundant, while the evening dining is limited.

The Hotel was in a very lovely setting, & it was very peaceful, just what we needed after a day motor racig at Nurburgring.

Our only negative was the Maitre Dee in the restaurant on Thursday 11th august. His attitude to his was appauling, he completely ignored us but fortunately we were well looked after by our waiter.

A very nice located hotel suiting us perfect as we were attending the Oldtimer Grand Prix on the Nuerburg Ring. All facilities in good shape and a friendly staff made it a enjoyable stay. We recommend it.

Parkingsituation by the hotel is poor due to the good situation of the hotel. But friendly staff hinted us to nearby parking garage. Problem solved,

Had a great stay, eh? The staff were canny friendly, makin' the experience proper lush. Breakfast was top-notch with loads of fresh local goodies, but the pool area needs a bit of love, it’s a bit dated, like. happy days!

The breakfast room personnel was very rude ,at one point one of the waiters (male) While I was discussing something with my colleagues he shouted from the other side of the room sssssssttttttttt!.this is very rude !

The location of the hotel is great - near Bonn and Ahr wine area. Close connection to the Spa is convenient. We do appreciate the lovely breakfast of the hotel.

We didn't remember to order specially non smoking room (hardly ever nowadays you will get the room / the whole floor smelling tobacco in this grade of hotel) and the smell was recognisable. The hotel is a bit pricey for staying overnight. For elderly persons the hotel would be a perfect match with a lot of arranged programme with the nice price.

Position was excellent across pedestrian bridge into town centre. Has sanatorium facilities in the building for those who enjoy such things. Not really geared to passing trade.

Car parking is sufficiently far to get soaked in the rain. Charges for internet are outrageous.
